We are now looking for a restaurant manager for our restaurant on Regeringsgatan. The position is 100%, and working hours vary with a focus on evenings and weekends.
You who apply should have previous experience as a restaurant manager (preferably at least 2 years) from similar restaurants to ours, have good food and beverage knowledge, be accustomed to creating and leading a team (thinking of the team before "me"), have a high work ethic, and be cooperative.
Job duties include (in addition to working actively on the floor) holding staff meetings, conducting development discussions, actively working on upselling together with the staff, responding to reviews, inventory management, orders, scheduling and vacation planning, and reviewing and developing the offerings in the bar and dining room.
We work with Trivec as the cash register system and WaiterAid as the booking system, so it is a plus if you have this knowledge.
This position will be filled as per agreement.
The restaurant is closed for 3 weeks in July, so vacation will be allocated during these weeks.
