Chief Financial Officer to Ozoneair

Do you have experience leading and developing a finance function in a company under strong growth? We are now looking for a strategic and operational Chief Financial Officer who wants to take overall responsibility in a successful Swedish group with approximately 200 MSEK in revenue.

As Chief Financial Officer with us, you will have the overall responsibility for the entire group's finance and financial function. You will take a place in the company's management team, report directly to the CEO, and become a key player in our future decisions.

Today, the finance department consists of two dedicated employees. Your mission will be to lead this team and ensure that our processes, systems, and routines are scaled up and streamlined as the company grows. The role is broad and requires both strategic vision and a willingness to be operationally present.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Overall responsibility for group accounting, financial statements, declarations, and reporting.
• Strategic business support to the CEO and board, including preparation of decision-making materials.
• Budgeting, financial monitoring, and ongoing forecasting work.
• Liquidity planning, cash flow analyses, and management of financing issues.
• Personnel responsibility for the finance department with a focus on coaching and development.
• Continuous development of internal processes and control systems.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have:

• Several years of experience as Chief Financial Officer, CFO, or in a similar leadership position, preferably within growth companies.
• Good knowledge of the K3 framework as well as practical experience with group accounting and consolidation.
• Relevant academic education in economics.
• Clear leadership qualities with experience or strong desire to lead and develop staff.
• Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
