Timi of Sweden is a trendy jewelry brand with roots in Scandinavian design and a strong focus on quality, affordability, and sustainability. Our jewelry is designed in Sweden and assembled in our own factory in the Philippines, where we actively work on female empowerment and fair working conditions.

We sell our products both directly to consumers (D2C) and to retailers (B2B) in Scandinavia and northern Europe. Our office is located in a rural environment just outside Bjärred, about 10 minutes from Lund C and 15 minutes from Malmö.

About the Role

We are now seeking an E-commerce Manager with overall responsibility for performance marketing, campaigns, and operation of our Shopify Plus platform for both D2C and B2B. The role is business-oriented and combines digital advertising, e-commerce development, and campaign planning with clear accountability for growth and results.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for digital advertising in Google Ads (Shopping & Search), Meta (Instagram & Facebook), and TikTok

• Drive, optimize, and develop web shops in Shopify Plus

• Plan, execute, and follow up on campaigns and launches

• Responsible for newsletters, campaign calendars, and content planning

• Monitor and analyze key metrics such as ROAS, conversion rate, and sales

• Ensure that activities are launched according to plan and followed up against goals

Who We Are Looking For

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing

• Practical experience with Google Ads and paid social media

• Experience with Shopify (Plus is advantageous)

• Good analytical skills and accustomed to working in a data-driven manner

• Structured, self-sufficient, and proactive

• Commercially driven with a good understanding of customer journey and brand
