Store Manager to Happy Homes Skellefteå

Happy Homes has a clear ambition: we aim to be the best in the industry at taking care of our customers. We are now seeking a store manager for our store in Skellefteå – someone who, with close, coaching, and present leadership, drives both people and business forward.

As a store manager, you have the daily leadership and operational control of the store. You are active in sales and operations, but your primary mission is to create conditions for the team to succeed. You lead through clarity, presence, and one of your biggest driving forces is to see both people and stores develop.

In this role, you are responsible for creating a selling, inspiring, and welcoming store environment, where our range is presented in a way that makes it easy for the customer to succeed with their project. You plan and create work schedules for all recurring tasks in the store, ensure opportunities for competence development for the team, and carry out customer activities according to our annual marketing plan. Together with the store's salespeople, you are the face of Happy Homes on the local market – with a common goal: to exceed customer expectations, every time.

In this role, you work closely with the Regional Store Manager and are responsible for implementing decided goals and strategies at an individual level.

Through continuous follow-up, dialogue, and coaching, you create engagement, responsibility, and a clear connection between individual performance, store results, and Happy Homes' overall goals.

The legal personnel responsibility in our stores lies with our Regional Store Manager, which means you can focus on operational leadership, team performance, and the customer experience in your store.
