At Stockhult, we transform a raw material that others discard into one of the world's best materials for furniture manufacturing.

We are an expanding group that operates a sawmill in Glommersträsk, is building the most modern sawmill in Northern Europe in Kalix, and strengthens Sweden's preparedness through biofuel production.

Therefore, we now need to strengthen the operation with an Accounting Manager/Controller.

About the Position

You are responsible for the financial flow for 9 companies in the group. Since you are part of a company where the culture is characterized by helpfulness, it may occur that you provide support with other types of administrative tasks. The business systems we work with are Monitor, Fortnox, Capego, and other support systems.

The position is located in Kalix.

Main tasks:

• Reconciliations
• VAT and employer declarations
• Monthly and annual closings
• Preparing annual reports and declarations
• Liquidity forecast and planning
• Support to CFO in analysis and reporting
• HR administration (preparing employment contracts and other personnel matters)
• Working to streamline and develop current processes

Your Profile

We are looking for you with post-secondary/university education in economics or relevant experience in accounting. You are a proficient user of various IT systems and have good knowledge of Excel. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is highly advantageous if you have experience in manufacturing companies, inventory accounting, and group accounting.
