Interim Unit Manager for Municipal Home Care May-Aug

We are seeking a unit manager for a consulting assignment within municipal home care. The assignment covers a transition period during ongoing recruitment and involves responsibility for the daily operations and work supervision of the business.

In the role, you are responsible for leading and distributing work for nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. The assignment includes staffing, support, and coaching of employees as well as collaboration with internal operations and regional actors. The focus is on ensuring patient safety and quality in the business. Clinical work as a nurse may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse
• At least ten years of management experience in healthcare
• Experience in work supervision within municipal home care
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Good collaboration skills
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing

About the Assignment

• Scope full-time
• Working hours weekdays 07:00–16:00 or 08:00–17:00
• Assignment period May 15, 2026 to August 30, 2026
• Possibility of extension 1 to 2 months
