Home Care Manager – Bollnäs Municipality

We are looking for someone who wants to lead with heart and responsibility.

Allra Hemtjänsten AB is seeking an engaged and experienced home care manager with at least two years of documented leadership experience in elderly care or home care. You will have overall responsibility for planning, personnel management, quality assurance, and development of the home care operations.

Job Duties:

Lead and develop the home care operations in accordance with the municipality's goals.

Personnel responsibility including recruitment, scheduling, and work environment

Ensure good quality and follow up on interventions according to SoL and HSL

Collaborate with other units, relatives, and external actors

Qualifications:

At least two years of experience as a manager in home care or elderly care.

Relevant education in care and social services, preferably with a leadership focus.

Good knowledge of current legislation and documentation.

Ability to inspire, structure, and make decisions.
