Desired Qualifications and Personal Characteristics

We are looking for someone with experience in similar work and who enjoys interacting with people. You may have experience as a Store Manager or another role with personnel responsibility. We place great value on social interaction and the ability to take your own initiatives. We would like to see that you are positive, forward-thinking, genuinely interested in sales, and that you see it as a given to put the customer at the center. The work also involves being meticulous and structured.

Previous experience from retail with supervisory responsibility is meritorious.

Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Store Manager for AllOffice, you are an ambassador for the entire company. You work in a tight-knit team where teamwork is the foundation of our success. You will have daily contact with customers who visit the store as well as via phone and email. Your role as Store Manager is varied and evolving based on close customer contact, contacts with suppliers, and collaboration with colleagues within AllOffice. As Store Manager, you must ensure that the store is sales-oriented, attractive, and lively to attract customers, and you also lead the other store staff in their daily work. You are responsible for ensuring that AllOffice routines are followed. You report to the Regional Sales Manager.

Store opening hours: Weekdays 8 - 17, Weekends Closed.
