About the Role

As an HR intern with us, you will have a broad and developing role where you gain insight into the entire HR process. Your main tasks include:

• Supporting the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the employment process.
• Contributing to our employer branding work and helping to attract top candidates.
• Assisting in the development of internal HR processes and personnel strategies.
• Organizing onboarding programs and ensuring a smooth introduction for new employees.
• Supporting in HR administration and personnel-related matters.

Who Are You? – We believe that you:

• Are studying human resources, business administration, psychology, or another relevant field.
• Have an interest in recruitment, employer branding, and HR strategy.
• Have an interest in finance or marketing
• Are self-driven, solution-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
• Have good organizational skills and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
