Job duties

As a receptionist with us, you will be the face of the clinic and responsible for creating a smooth flow in daily operations. Your duties include, among others:

• Receive and welcome patients on-site and over the phone.
• 
  
• Handle appointment bookings and patient administration.
• 
  
• Manage cash, payments, and simple accounting tasks.
• 
  
• Maintain contact with partners and suppliers.
• 
  
• Contribute to a positive experience for patients and a well-functioning clinic.

We are looking for you who:

• Have good experience in service and administration, preferably from healthcare or reception.
• 
  
• Communicate well in Swedish and English.
• 
  
• Are responsible, structured, and stress-resistant.
• 
  
• Are positive, flexible, and have a professional demeanor.
• 
  
• Enjoy a role where you get to take own responsibility while closely collaborating with your colleagues.

Previous experience as a receptionist or in dental care/healthcare is beneficial but not a requirement – we place great importance on your personality and willingness to learn.
