As a qualified job coach, you must meet the following requirements:

Option 1:

At least 180 completed higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) and at least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time.

Option 2

At least one year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with at least a passing grade and at least three years of work experience equivalent to full-time, in one or several of the following occupations or work tasks:

• Supervision with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Handling personnel matters (not just personnel administration)
• Work with labor and labor market issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance
