About the Role

The role of Coordinator is coordinating and administrative in nature. You will assist the Unit Manager for Property Services with, among other things, the following tasks:

  • Order management (main task)
  • Invoice accounting
  • Production of statistics
  • Follow-up of contractors
  • Penalty calculations
  • Preparation of documentation for procurement
  • Revision of routines and processes
  • Bookings and orders
  • Guidance in systems and assignment of permissions
  • Onboarding/Office management
  • Damage investigations

You will be employed within the Property Services Unit, whose mission includes the operation and maintenance of our residential areas as well as municipal properties, streets, and parks.

You have a natural sense of service and are equally comfortable and professional in personal meetings as in phone calls. Since you meet many people every day, it is an advantage that you enjoy being social, collaborating, and building good relationships.

We believe you are systematic and analytical and have:

  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in producing and partially evaluating statistics
  • Good familiarity with systems
  • Some contract familiarity
  • Experience in property operations (meritorious)


Additional Information

The position is a permanent employment with start date according to agreement.
