Description

Do you want to work in a modern HR system and help coordinate important HR processes in a growing tech company? BRP Systems is now looking for a Junior HR Business Partner who wants to work closely with the business and contribute to making our HR processes run smoothly, structured, and efficiently in daily operations.

In this role, you will become an important part of the HR function and gain broad insight into how HR work is conducted in an international SaaS company. You will work in our modern HR system, Hailey HR, where several of our core processes are managed – from recruitment and onboarding to documentation, structure, and follow-up. The role involves a strong focus on coordination and administration, but also the opportunity to participate in developing and improving our ways of working over time.

You will have many points of contact within the organization and work closely with both managers and employees. You support the HR manager in daily work and help ensure that our HR processes maintain high quality and are tailored to the needs of the business.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Work environment efforts and follow-up of related initiatives
  • Employer branding and activities related to attracting and retaining talent
  • Coordination of recruitment processes, from needs to employment
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and routines
  • Administrative and operational support to the HR manager

We are looking for you who:

  • Have a university education in HR or equivalent field
  • Have approximately 1–2 years of experience in HR work or other relevant experience
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment with a fast pace and many points of contact
  • Have a strong interest in systems and digital tools
  • Are structured, communicative, and take your own initiatives
  • Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
