Description

As a Business Consultant at Voxera AB, you are much more than a salesperson – you are a strategic partner and problem solver for Swedish companies. Your role is to help companies optimize their telecom costs while ensuring the right solutions for their operations.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Proactive contact with companies via phone to book consultation meetings
  • Conduct analysis of companies' current telecom solutions and identify improvement potential
  • Present tailored solutions based on the customer's actual needs
  • Negotiate and sign agreements with a focus on long-term customer relationships
  • Continuous follow-up and ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the team to share best practices and achieve common goals

This is a consultative sales role where your ability to listen, analyze, and advise is crucial for success.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales or customer meetings is meritorious
  • Driver's license B and access to a car is an advantage for customer visits
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both orally and in writing
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Telecom knowledge is meritorious but not a requirement
