Technical Support in Electricity and Lighting

We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented technical support for our client in Helsingborg.

The role combines customer contact with simpler warehouse tasks such as picking and sorting.

In this role, you will work with:

• Customer service via phone, email, and on-site
• Handling of customer cases and orders
• Picking, packing, and sorting of goods
• Simpler warehouse work and maintaining workplace order

We are looking for you who:

• Have good service sense and enjoy interacting with people
• Are meticulous, responsible, and flexible
• Can work independently as well as in a team
• Have basic computer skills

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in work within electricity, lighting, or as an electrician
