About the Position:
We are looking for you who is a structured and engaged person with a genuine interest in motorhomes and good administrative ability. In this broad role, you get to combine practical work with administration, where you function as the hub between our vehicles, workshop, sales team, and customers.
The position suits you who likes to take responsibility, thrives with variety, and is solution-oriented in daily life.
Job Duties
Vehicle-related tasks:
- Administration of vehicles in internal systems (e.g., Verendus and Asana)
- Registration of vehicles
- Documentation and administration of moisture tests
- Ordering of spare parts
- Structuring and inventory of stock (spare parts)
Logistics & planning:
- Transport booking
- Plan and carry out vehicle relocations
- Quality checks
- Arrival checks
- Delivery checks before handover
- Preparation of customs declarations
- Preparations for delivery
- Washing and cleaning of vehicles before delivery
Back office & administration:
- Ongoing email management
- Customer contact in-store and via phone
- Complaint handling
- Mail handling
- Ongoing updating of advertisements
- Booking and coordination of exhibitions at fairs and other events
- Administrative support to other departments
We are looking for you who:
- Is structured, meticulous, and takes own initiatives
- Has good ability to switch between practical and administrative tasks
- Has experience with administrative systems - for example Verendus, Asana, Bilprospekt, InternalCars, and Excel -
- Has a B driver's license (required)
- Has a C driver's license (advantageous)
- Has good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (required)
- Has knowledge of German (advantageous)
- Has experience from vehicle, leisure, or similar industries (advantageous)
