Do you want to work in a central role where you get to combine service, administration, and problem-solving in a pleasant work environment? We are now looking for an administrator for a longer-term temporary position at our office.

About the Position

As an administrator/receptionist with us, you have an important function in the operations and are often the first point of contact for customers, employees, partners, and authorities. You work broadly with administrative tasks and serve as support to others in the organization.

Your work duties include:

  • Handling mail and email
  • Telephone service and case management
  • Purchases and orders for the office
  • Administrative support to colleagues
  • Filing and document management
  • Ongoing problem-solving in daily work
  • Maintaining order and tidiness in the office

The work consists of both recurring routines and more varied tasks, which requires flexibility and good prioritization skills.

We are looking for you who:

  • Have a clear customer focus and a high sense of service
  • Are social, professional, and confident in your communication
  • Are solution-oriented, unpretentious, and structured
  • Have the ability to remain calm even in stressful situations
  • Are not afraid to handle challenging situations

Qualifications:

  • Good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing
  • Fluent Swedish
  • Good computer skills, especially in Word and Excel
  • Experience with office work

Advantageous:

  • Experience working as an administrator
  • Experience in care or administration related to personal assistance
  • Advantageous to have an additional language

We prefer that you have a few years of experience from service professions or similar roles, and that you are accustomed to planning, structuring, and providing support to both colleagues and external contacts.
