Administrator / Financial Assistant work closely with the CEO in a central role
Description

We are looking for an administrator/financial assistant with responsibility for ongoing bookkeeping, payroll administration, and financial follow-up. The role is placed close to the CEO and involves close collaboration regarding reporting, analysis, and budget.
Job Duties:
- Ongoing bookkeeping
- Customer and supplier invoices
- VAT reporting and account reconciliations
- Payroll data, vacation, and absence
- Contact with accounting and payroll bureaus
- Monthly reporting, follow-up, and budget work
The role also includes the opportunity to be involved in developing internal routines, work methods, and structures as the company grows.
Qualifications:
- Experience in bookkeeping and financial administration
- Good understanding of VAT and reconciliations
- Independent, structured, and meticulous
- Good system proficiency
Advantageous:
- Experience with Fortnox
- Experience with payroll and HR systems
- Good knowledge of Office 365 (especially Excel)
- Generally very good computer skills
