Onslip
Onslip develops digital cash register and restaurant systems for restaurants and shops across Sweden. With the latest technology, we help restaurant owners simplify their daily operations by reducing administration and increasing profitability. Our office is located in central Linköping, and we are a tight team of 15.
The Job
Our customer service takes care of the most important thing we have: our customers. You will assist restaurants, cafes, and other businesses with questions and technical issues. The work is done via phone or online when customers contact Onslip, but you will also proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied and have everything they need to run an efficient operation. You will also handle inquiries about contracts, invoices, and other customer service-related matters.

Who Are You?
You are responsible, driven, service-oriented, enjoy working in a team, and have an interest in technology. We see that you have a high school education, but beyond that, there are no educational requirements; at Onslip, you will receive all the training you need.
Working Hours
We will work together to determine a schedule within the support's opening hours. There are also good opportunities for extended work during the summer. Additional compensation is provided for inconvenient working hours.

Weekdays 09:00-18:00
Weekends 11:00-15:00
