”About the assignment:
As an operations manager within facility cleaning, you are responsible for the operational supervision of facility cleaning staff, approximately 35 in number, and ensure an efficient and quality-assured service delivery. You lead the daily work, plan and allocate resources, and ensure that the operations are conducted in a structured manner according to the section's basic cleaning program and additional agreements.
The role involves driving and implementing change work, managing the operational operations, and actively working to develop work methods and processes. You are also responsible for handling personnel-related issues, supporting employees in their work, and creating good conditions for a well-functioning team. Contact occurs continuously with suppliers linked to procured services within the facility cleaning delivery and the section's customers.
An important part of the assignment is to maintain and further develop good relationships with the business and other stakeholders.
Estimated time for the assignment
Scope 100%, starting as soon as possible, until 2026-12-31. Working hours are daytime with a start at 06:00.
For the assignment, at least 5 years of experience in work supervision within facility cleaning is required. You have good knowledge of cleaning methods, planning, and structuring of cleaning areas, as well as experience with calculations, time estimates, scheduling, and resource planning.
Furthermore, you have experience with quality follow-up, change work, conflict management, and business dialogues. You have good administrative ability and express yourself very well in Swedish in both speech and writing.
Advantageous
It is advantageous to have experience from the public sector as well as work with efficiency improvements and development of operations. Experience with environmental and sustainability work, KPI follow-up, and larger change projects is also valuable, as is completed leadership training and language skills in English.
Responsibilities and deliverables
In the role, you are responsible for leading and allocating work, ensuring quality in the facility cleaning delivery, and planning and developing cleaning areas. You handle personnel matters, engage in dialogue with the business, and actively work to improve work methods and processes with the aim of creating an efficient and sustainable work environment and operations.
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
