Customer Service Representative for a Growing 3PL Company in Länna

Do you want to work close to operations in a growing logistics company where quality and customer experience are the focus?

M3 Logistics is a 3PL company in the premium segment that daily handles around 50 customers' supply chains – from warehousing to picking, packing, and distribution. We are about 50 employees and operate from our facility in Länna industrial area, south of Stockholm.

About the Role

As a customer service representative with us, you will have a central role in operations where you serve as the link between customer and operations.

A typical workday involves:

• Ongoing contact with customers via phone, email, and meetings
• Handling customer inquiries related to warehousing and deliveries
• Administrative support for daily operations
• Preparations for invoicing and follow-up

The workday is varied and the pace can shift. You need to be able to switch between different types of inquiries, reprioritize when conditions change, and at the same time maintain structure and quality in your work.

The role is operational and "hands on," with close collaboration with warehouse staff and colleagues in the business.

Who We Are Looking For

This position suits you if you have experience in customer service or administration and want to work close to operational activities in a logistics company.

We believe that you:

• Have good administrative skills and are accustomed to working in systems and Excel
• Enjoy a role with a lot of communication and problem-solving
• Have a structured way of working even when multiple inquiries are ongoing simultaneously
• Have the ability to adapt when priorities change in the business
• Are proficient in Swedish and English in speech and writing

Experience with warehouse management systems, such as Ongoing, is meritorious but not required.

Both junior and more experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
