Payroll Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and engaged payroll consultant who wants to work closely with our customers and create efficient, secure, and qualitative payroll processes.

In this role, you will work with payroll administration, advisory services, and system support, ensuring that payrolls are handled correctly and according to current regulations. You will collaborate closely with customers, partners, and colleagues in a role where quality, service, and long-term relationships are the focus.

Job Duties

• Independently work with payroll processes from start to finish
• Ensure correct handling of laws, agreements, and regulations
• Work in the payroll system Agda PS
• Contribute to the improvement and streamlining of payroll processes
• Report to various authorities

We are looking for you who

• Have at least 3 years of experience working with payroll
• Have experience with Agda PS
• Have good knowledge in payroll administration and payroll legislation
• Are structured, meticulous, responsible, and self-driven
• Have a strong service mindset and enjoy an advisory role
• Have good communication skills
• Find it easy to collaborate with others and have a team spirit
• Master Swedish and English in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Experience with the Agda PS payroll system
• Experience in a consultant role or customer-facing work

Location

We are located in Stockholm but work entirely from home.
