Description

Our valued colleague Tyra is moving on to studies, and we are now seeking her replacement.

We are looking for you with a strong interest in horses and deep knowledge in equestrian sports who wants to take overall responsibility for our customer support and be a central part of our daily operations.

This is a role for you who wants to work close to the product, the customer, and the team, and who thrives in an environment where pace, structure, and quality go hand in hand.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You are responsible for all customer contact and are an important link between customer and brand. Communication occurs via email, social media, WhatsApp, and customer chat.

In addition to customer support, you work operationally with warehouse and order management and participate in our trade shows and events.


WORK TASKS

  • Responsible for customer contact
  • Handle exchanges and returns
  • Ensure order and structure in the warehouse
  • Pack and handle orders
  • Prepare and participate in trade shows
  • Handle shipments to sponsored riders
  • Plan and execute online campaigns
  • Ongoing inventory checks


WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO (REQUIREMENTS)

  • Has a burning interest in horses and very good knowledge of equestrian sports
  • Understands riding, equipment, competition contexts, and target audience
  • Has experience in customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Is meticulous, fast, and solution-oriented
  • Works fluently in digital systems
  • Communicates very well in Swedish and English, in speech and writing
  • Has a driver's license and access to a car
  • Is accustomed to high pace and physical work
