Business Coordinator for Elsmarta – Business & Projects

Elsmarta is now seeking a business coordinator who wants to work closely with the operations and combine structure, coordination, and business drive in a central role.

This is a role for you who both want to create order in the projects and be involved in driving new business.

About the Role

You work closely with both customers and project managers and are responsible for creating flow throughout the entire process – from first contact to completed project.

An important part of the role is to be involved in filling our electricians' order book, while ensuring that projects are well-prepared and structured.

Job Duties

  • Handle warm customers and incoming inquiries
  • Schedule meetings and follow up on customer inquiries
  • Identify new business opportunities and projects
  • Prepare quotation basis together with the team
  • Create project cards and pre-notifications
  • Ordering of materials
  • Planning and coordination of assignments
  • Ongoing support to project managers and work supervisors

Meritorious

  • Experience in sales or business development

  • Experience from the service, construction, or installation industry
  • Knowledge in solar, batteries, or energy solutions
  • Own network or experience in identifying new business
