Our customers range from Luleå in the north to Norrköping in the south. The company is based in Sundsvall with about 30 employees and is part of the Fenix Holding AB group with approximately 500 employees. About the Position

To our department for Financial Management, we are now seeking a curious and communicative real estate economist. You will be part of the financial reporting group, whose mission is to ensure that our customers receive the best possible and personalized service for financial services including financial reporting, budgeting, annual reports, and declarations. You will be responsible for your own customer portfolio, but you will have four competent and pleasant colleagues nearby, as well as a present and supportive manager. The role involves significant independence, but we always work together to develop our operations and ourselves.

Examples of your tasks include:

  • Responsible for ongoing bookkeeping
  • Analysis and reconciliation of ongoing bookkeeping
  • Preparation of annual reports and budgets for our customers
  • Participation in board meetings and association meetings to review budgets and financial reports, and, where applicable, serving as meeting chairperson
  • Preparing calculations for major renovation projects
  • Requesting quotes for renegotiation of existing loans and new financing
  • Declaring value-added tax and withdrawal taxation
  • Preparing income declarations and property declarations

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have post-secondary education in economics and a few years of experience in a similar role and tasks. Since the role involves customer contact, it is important that you enjoy and can express yourself well in speech and writing.
