About Us

LAW FIRM BAAKEN is seeking to expand. Currently, the firm consists of one lawyer, an office manager, and a legal secretary. We are a well-established law firm with a family-like atmosphere. We handle criminal law, family law, social law, immigration law, and civil litigation.

The firm currently has its main office in Malmö and a reception office in Helsingborg. LAW FIRM BAAKEN takes on assignments throughout Sweden. With us, you will work on many different exciting assignments, independently and in a team.

Who Are You?

We are now seeking a lawyer or associate legal counsel. We prefer that you are self-sufficient and have experience in litigation with at least 1 year of experience from a law firm. Court service is an advantage.

You will work with several legal areas in close collaboration with other colleagues at the firm. We are looking for someone with a good ability to meet people in various situations. You should also be flexible, ambitious, meticulous, and proactive. You are down-to-earth but have high integrity and a genuine interest in law. You should also have a desire and drive to grow and take on the role of a lawyer as an associate legal counsel.

You will represent your own clients and assist your colleagues in their cases as needed. Language skills beyond Swedish and English are an advantage. A Swedish law degree is a requirement.

The Position

Your workplace will be based at the main office in Malmö, but when necessary, you may be expected to also work from the office in Helsingborg. The work involves traveling to courts around Sweden and visiting clients located in various places across the country.

The position is full-time with a salary as agreed. The position can be started immediately or as agreed.
