We are currently offering independent work from home for sales-oriented individuals who enjoy customer contact via phone.

In the role of appointment booker with us, you will contact new potential customers and book new client meetings for our clients. You are responsible for prospecting and establishing initial contact with new customers as well as generating interest around the services or products that our clients offer. The role of appointment booker is an independent and challenging assignment, and for the right person, there are good development opportunities within the company.

To succeed in the role, it is important that you have a strong work ethic and can work at a high pace without it affecting the quality of task execution.

We are looking for you who are results-oriented:

• Have very good communication skills and speak and write the Swedish language completely fluently.

• You want to work in a company where you can influence your own salary through good performance.

• Are self-sufficient, structured, and can prioritize tasks

• Are meticulous and take great responsibility for your work

• Have good computer skills and are comfortable with the phone as a tool

• Enjoy customer contact and can handle multiple contact channels

• You have great patience and a positive attitude.

It is important that you are service-oriented and proactive.

You who are employed will initially be introduced and trained remotely in sales and argumentation techniques as well as knowledge of our services, with the aim of quickly getting acquainted with your tasks and optimizing the opportunity to become a successful appointment booker.

You will work in a web-based calling program. Through this setup, no phone charges will be billed to you for the calls you make!

The work therefore requires that you have your own computer with internet connection and a headset!

Full-time - Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Salary type: Variable piecework or commission-based pay based on results. Compensation 100% based on completed customer meetings booked.
