Accounting Economist Declarations (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced accounting economist for part-time remote work

We are a growing company in forestry and property management and are now looking for a driven and independent accounting economist for a flexible part-time remote assignment. The position is suitable for you who want to work 10-25% (or as agreed) and who have solid experience specifically in our industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Ongoing accounting and bookkeeping in Fortnox
• Preparation and submission of NE declarations (business activities)
• Particular focus on N3A declarations for forestry and properties
• Monthly and annual financial statements
• Declarations, VAT reporting, and tax-related issues within forestry and property
• Support to owners and management in financial matters

We are looking for you who have

• Broad and documented experience in accounting for forestry companies and property companies
• Very good knowledge of Fortnox
• Extensive experience in preparing NE and N3A declarations (this is a requirement)
• Experience with financial statements, declarations, and tax regulations specific to the forestry and property industry
• Relevant education in economics/accounting (e.g., accounting economist or similar)
• Ability to work independently and deliver with high quality
• Good communication skills in Swedish

It is meritorious if you have previously worked as an accounting consultant or internally at companies focused on forestry and property.
