Leasing Manager with Management Responsibility (Part-time) – Köping

Stay Smart Properties is growing and is now seeking a driven and business-oriented leasing manager on a part-time basis for our operations in Köping.

The main focus of the role is to fill our apartments and premises and reduce vacancies.

In addition, some ongoing contact with tenants and simpler management tasks are included.

There are good opportunities to develop into a full-time position over time.

About the Position

In this role, you are responsible for actively driving leasing and ensuring high occupancy in our properties. You work with both incoming inquiries and proactive outreach to create new business.

You will be a key person in our operations in Köping where your work directly impacts our growth and profitability.

The work is based at our local office at Mälartorget in Köping.

Work Tasks

🎯 Leasing (main focus)

• Drive leasing with a focus on reducing vacancies
• Actively seek out new tenants (companies, municipalities, and private individuals)
• Handle incoming leads and convert them into business
• Work with advertising and marketing
• Conduct viewings and write lease agreements
• Follow up on leads and work systematically towards clear goals

🏢 Management (complementary)

• Have ongoing contact with existing tenants
• Handle simpler administrative tasks
• Coordinate fault reports and issues
• Ensure a smooth daily life for our residents
