Medical Secretary for Lugnetkliniken Healthcare Center

Lugnetkliniken is a private healthcare center that started in 2021 and is part of Vårdval Halland. With us, decision-making paths are short, the work climate is non-hierarchical, and the patient is always the focus. We are now looking for a medical secretary part-time (20-40%) who wants to help develop our operations.

About the role:

You will have a varied and important role in daily work involving reception duties, medical record management in Cosmic, patient contact, bookings, mail handling, administration including managing referrals, digital services, and some IT support. Support to healthcare staff. Finance and invoicing.

We work in a modern and efficient way without traditional dictation—instead, we use speech recognition via Dragon.

We are looking for you who:

Are a trained medical secretary with experience in the profession. You are organized, flexible, and thrive in a service-oriented role where you meet patients with professionalism and warmth. You enjoy working in a team, take your own initiatives, and have good digital skills.

It is an extra plus if you have experience in primary care, Cosmic, or speech recognition.

Terms:

Part-time 20-40%, weekdays 08:00–17:00. Probationary period of 6 months. Start date as agreed. Collective agreement according to Region Halland.
