Marketing Manager / Social Media Manager (part-time or hourly)

Do you want to help build a strong brand in real estate and corporate housing? Stay Smart Properties is now looking for a creative and driven marketing manager / Social Media Manager on a part-time basis – with the opportunity to develop into a full-time position over time.

About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening our digital presence and driving our marketing forward. You will work both strategically and operationally with content, campaigns, and visibility in our digital channels.

The position can be remote or from our office in Stockholm (or a combination)

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish content in our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging content (text, images, simple video)
• Work with advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Update and develop content on our websites
• Contribute to strengthening our brand and our digital strategy
• Monitor and analyze results from campaigns

We are looking for you who

• Have an interest in marketing and social media
• Are creative, self-motivated, and have an eye for content
• Have experience with social media, content creation, or digital marketing (advantageous but not required)
• Have basic knowledge of image/video tools (e.g., Canva or similar)
• Have good communication skills in Swedish and English
