Dental Technician for Customer Service and Order Department

ARC Solutions is a manufacturing company based in Helsingborg, operating in the dental industry. The customers are primarily dental laboratories that are offered customized prosthetic manufacturing, various forms of service, and training.

The main market is Sweden, but England, Germany, Italy, Australia, and the USA are steadily growing. The company is located in Berga with 800 square meters of manufacturing space. ARC Solutions currently has 14 employees and is expected to grow further in the coming years.

ARC Solutions is owned by the implant company Neoss, and the companies work integrated with each other. Neoss Norden has offices in Gothenburg, and the headquarters are in Harrogate, England. Neoss has subsidiaries around the world and is in a highly expansive phase.

At ARC Solutions, we manufacture our own products for the dental industry in Sweden and globally. Manufacturing takes place in various steps (order reception, scan/design, CADCAM, machine/manufacturing, quality control, delivery/logistics). Which steps are included depends on the product, but regardless, it is teamwork involving different competencies.

Job Description

We are now seeking additional reinforcement for our combined customer service and order department to handle incoming and outgoing orders.

The job involves creating orders for all incoming jobs, packing various accessories, and when products are ready, they should be packed, shipped, and invoiced. In addition, order reception/customer service is handled via phone and email.

Fluent Swedish and good English are required, German is advantageous.

Since the products are customized, each case is unique. We work with short lead times, 1-3 days. Volumes vary from day to day, which means the workload fluctuates significantly. A flexible attitude, high capacity, and stress tolerance are needed to successfully handle these variations.

The work takes place during daytime, and the position is permanent employment with a six-month probationary period. Start immediately.

Your Background

To effectively create and deliver orders, understanding the systematics of an order/business system is required. This could be from previous work in customer service involving order placement, or work in a warehouse with experience handling order/business systems. Our orders come digitally via our webshop or via email. The workflow thereafter is entirely digital, requiring basic understanding of moving files, etc., in folder structures on different servers. Good computer skills are thus necessary to perform the work.

Since ARC manufactures products for customized dental prosthetics, experience from the dental industry is advantageous. Highly advantageous is education or experience as a dental technician or work with dental technical products.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, where drive and engagement are important qualities. You also need to be meticulous since each order and product is unique. You need a flexible attitude and should be creative and enjoy coming up with your own solutions to problems.
