As a supervisor, you are responsible for planning activities and guiding job seekers to employment and studies.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you

• master Swedish and English in speech and writing.

Requirements for the supervisor's competence

Option 1

• At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) or equivalent credits from a vocational college in the areas of; Working life, organization and personnel work, study and career guidance, business economics, pedagogy, work psychology, behavioral science, occupational therapy or social work education.
• At least two years of working life experience equivalent to full-time during the last five years (in any field).

Option 2

• At least one year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with at least a passing grade.
• At least three years of working life experience equivalent to full-time in the following profession or tasks; Supervision with personnel responsibility, recruitment, transition work for job seekers, study and career guidance, handling of personnel matters, work with working life and labor market issues, work with social and group psychology, career guidance, pedagogy.
