Who are we?

The company is called Tsin, Trafiksamordning i Norrland, or why not call us Sverige Taxi Norrbotten. Because that is our job.

We coordinate traffic for the largest operators within Sverige Taxi in Norrbotten. We receive the calls, the bookings, and send them out to a suitable vehicle that is closest to the trip. –”yes, that was simplified”.

We receive about 1.2 million calls and bookings per year and have about 220 vehicles that carry out the assignments. In a modern technical setup, the latest on the market, both telephone systems and traffic dispatch systems, we can see where all vehicles are, automatically or manually send out the trips.

Our customers

The customers are our taxi companies that hire us to do the job. Their assignments largely consist of publicly funded trips such as school, transport services, or medical trips. Airport taxi together with all corporate customers is another very large part of our business, not to forget all private customers and bar-goers.

How do you work

We need most people during the daytime, with minimal staffing after 10:00 PM every day. Most night travelers on Friday and Saturday evenings, usually around pay weekends or holidays.

You work on a rotating schedule. Morning or afternoon is the most common form, then we have night. So there is great flexibility and the position is at 80% because it usually suits everyone better.

In Bergnäset, on the way to the airport with bus stops right outside the door.

What are we looking for?

We want employees who are available, have the ability to juggle many tasks, and enjoy having a great variety in their work. We need employees who can also step up when it gets busy and there is a lot to do. You need to have completed high school education.

Your qualities

Since you are in contact with customers all day, parents of children we drive, a large portion of social competence is required. A friendly approach and without prestige. The “customer is always right” mentality. Stress tolerance and a burning interest in your job, to come to work and find it fun and exciting.

The language

Since we have both Swedish and international customers, it is important that you master Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Fluent Swedish is a requirement so that customers can be sure we have understood them correctly.

Computer skills

All handling of bookings is done via various systems, the computer together with the phone are your absolutely most important work tools. You should be very accustomed to working in different office programs.

Your training period will be 1–2 months before we let you work alone.
