About the Role as Operations Specialist As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the company's operational processes and workflows to ensure a seamless end-to-end process. You will work closely with internal teams and ensure compliance with industry regulations and compliance standards across the Nordics, as well as help implement the company's operational goals.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all operational processes and workflows with a focus on maximizing efficiency and minimizing risks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (including AML/KYC).
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to enable a streamlined process.
  • Manage transactions and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
  • Identify areas for improvement in current processes and present actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements: To succeed in this role, we see that you have the following background:

  • Post-secondary education in economics, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial operations at a financial institution or fintech company.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, as we work in an international environment with counterparts in multiple regions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on expertise in Excel.
  • Experience coordinating operational flows in complex tripartite models involving leasing, resellers, and insurance administration.
  • Documented knowledge of reporting and asset-tracking specifically tailored for refinancing of IT hardware.
  • Experience working in a startup environment where you enjoy building structures from the ground up and taking your own initiatives.
