Audit Assistant

Real Revision & Redovisning is an audit and consulting firm in Anderstorp and Värnamo that offers a developing and unpretentious workplace. Real Revision & Redovisning AB is a member of FAR. In addition to auditing, the firm offers a wide range of services in accounting and advisory. Real Revision & Redovisning is an independent firm that is locally owned. However, collaborations exist with specific expertise to provide our clients with the best possible advice regardless of how complex their operations are. The profession is changing, which requires ongoing skills development and an individual training & career plan, for which we use established trainers in the industry. We currently have 8 employees and are now seeking an additional one as we continue to grow.

As an audit assistant with us at Real Revision & Redovisning, you will assist the authorized auditors and experienced financial consultants in their daily work of reviewing and analyzing companies' financial reports, preparing financial statements and annual reports. The role involves close customer contact and the opportunity to quickly take overall responsibility for your work. With us, you are offered varied work where you get the opportunity to develop in your professional role, with support from experienced and knowledgeable colleagues. Here you will work with customers in various industries, which will give you broad experience in the profession. The work is mainly carried out at our office in Anderstorp, but can also be located at the customer's workplace.

To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be flexible and communicative as well as unafraid to ask questions. As a person, you are unpretentious, structured, have a strong customer commitment and care about the work you do maintaining high quality. We also believe that you have analytical ability and find it easy to learn new things, as well as a desire to develop. We are looking for you who come directly from a university or college education in economics, preferably with a focus on auditing. Work experience is not a requirement, but a few years in the industry is of course not an obstacle. We assume that you master Swedish and English in speech and writing and have a driver's license and access to a car.
