Textile Advisor Salesperson E-commerce Curtains & Home Textiles

We are a growing e-commerce and retail store specializing in custom-made curtains and home textiles. Now we are seeking a new colleague who wants to help drive our sales forward, with the customer in absolute focus.

About the Role

As an interior textile advisor with us, you will work broadly, but with a clear focus on sales. You help customers – primarily private individuals – find the right curtain solutions based on their needs, style, and home. The role also involves significant responsibility for following up on deals and building long-term customer relationships.

In addition to sales, you will also:

• Handle customer service inquiries, such as order questions and package tracking
• Help customers locate and understand their orders
• Maintain ongoing contact with suppliers for matters like complaints or product questions
• Ensure the customer has a smooth and positive experience throughout the entire process

• Are clearly sales-oriented and motivated by creating deals
• Have a genuine interest in interior design and textiles
• Are solution-oriented and put the customer at the center
• Have the ability to drive dialogues forward and close deals
• Thrive in a role with varied work tasks
• Are communicative, meticulous, and responsible

Meritorious:

• Experience in sales (retail, e-commerce, or advisory sales)
• Experience in customer service or similar service professions
• Interest or knowledge in curtains, textiles, or interior design
