We are now seeking a Supply Quality Manager for a long-term assignment with our client in advanced technology and industrial operations. The assignment is a crucial part of the client's supply chain, focusing on ensuring and improving the quality of purchased items, materials, and subsystems. The role involves close collaboration with both suppliers and internal functions and suits you with solid experience in quality and supplier management.

About the assignment

As a Supply Quality Manager, you will belong to one of four product groups: Mechanics, Electronics, Systems, or NMC (non-metallic components). You are responsible for quality assurance of purchased items and suppliers in line with the client's procurement strategy, policies, and procedures.

The work includes both operational and developmental efforts, where you are responsible for quality requirements in request for quotations, contracts, and purchase orders. You conduct process and product audits at suppliers and drive improvement work to enhance quality performance in the supply chain.

Main responsibilities:

Case management in the quality system

Handling and follow-up of FAIs

Issue management and complaints

Conducting root cause analyses, both internally and externally

Risk analyses related to suppliers and products

Corrective actions and improvement programs together with suppliers

Monitoring and analysis of supplier quality performance

You collaborate closely with other quality functions within the organization. Travel occurs regularly, mainly within Sweden but also within Europe.

Your profile

2-4 years of experience

Higher education or university degree in engineering

Good knowledge in quality and quality work

Experience in case management, FAI, and root cause investigations

Ability to work in a structured and analytical manner

Very good communication skills and accustomed to collaborating with both internal and external parties

Ability to take own initiatives and drive work independently

Meritorious

Experience in Supply Quality / supplier quality

Practical experience with quality tools such as 8D, DMAIC, 6σ, RCA, MSA, and FMEA

Experience with the business system IFS

Previous work in leading or coordinating roles within quality
