We are seeking a Business & Operations Developer who wants to take a holistic approach to Morastrand's digital transformation and business development and who wants to do it together with us.

Now we need to strengthen our ability to drive strategic and digital development. This is where you come in.

Your Role

As a Business & Operations Developer, you will have one of the most influential roles in the company, with the opportunity to drive real change.

You own the company's digitalization work, drive business development, and serve as a strategic support to the CEO and management team. A role that requires the ability to move between the big picture and concrete implementation and that requires as much ability to think as to do.

It is not enough to find the right solutions – equally important is to anchor them and build engagement across the entire organization. You have a natural ability to lead change and make colleagues feel involved in the journey.

Your Main Responsibilities

Digital Transformation and System Development:

· Own and drive the company's digitalization work in line with our digitalization plan and business plan, from strategy to operational implementation

· Act as a requirements specifier towards the company's IT support and system suppliers, including property systems, financial systems, and digital platforms

· Drive the work to make the company more data-driven, including developing monitoring tools, key performance indicators, and decision support

Business Development and Operations Development:

· Identify business opportunities and development needs as well as initiate and lead projects that strengthen the company's business acumen and processes

· Monitor the external environment in digitalization, property technology, and business development, identifying relevant trends and opportunities

· Coordinate digitalization work with the company's sustainability goals

Strategic Support and Follow-up:

· Support the CEO in strategic analyses and decision support as well as coordinate the follow-up of the business plan

· Contribute to strategic planning in collaboration with management and external actors

Change Management and Competence Development:

· Lead change work and ensure anchoring of development initiatives among employees and management

· Train and support employees in the use of new digital tools and changed working methods

· Serve as a link between operations, the IT function, and management

We Are Looking for You Who

· Have experience in digitalization, operations development, or business development – preferably within the property or community building sector

· Have the ability to combine strategic thinking with practical implementation

· Are accustomed to leading change and can create engagement and participation in an organization

· Are analytical and data-driven, you enjoy turning information into concrete insights and decisions

· Have experience in project management and are used to driving parallel processes

· Communicate clearly and pedagogically, you can explain the complex in an understandable way

· Are curious about new technology and see opportunities rather than obstacles

· Thrive in a role with great freedom under responsibility, in close collaboration with management and colleagues

Meritorious:

· Experience from public housing or municipal operations

· Experience with system implementation and requirements specification towards IT systems

· Knowledge of the property system landscape and relevant digital platforms
