Description

We are looking for an administrator for finance and reception – part-time position

Do you want to contribute to a safer society? We are now looking for a pleasant and structured employee who can handle our daily finance and reception.

We are a company that sells and installs security solutions – such as alarms, camera and access systems – to businesses. Now we are looking for you who want to become an important part of our operations and contribute to giving our customers the best possible service.


About the position

This is a part-time position where you will have a central role in our organization. You will work with both administrative and financial tasks as well as staff our reception.


Examples of work tasks

Finance and administration (in Fortnox):

  • Create and send invoices
  • Record payments and reconcile customer accounts
  • Handle supplier invoices
  • Enter new customers and update existing customer information
  • Follow up on payments and send reminders
  • Handle salaries and employer certificates
  • Other ongoing financial administrative tasks


Reception and customer contact:

  • Answer the phone and handle incoming calls, mainly regarding finance and contracts
  • Register cases in our CRM system and follow them up
  • Respond to emails and keep the inbox organized (Outlook)
  • Be a service-oriented and welcoming voice and face outward


We are looking for you who:

  • Have experience with similar work tasks within finance and administration
  • Have good knowledge of Fortnox or similar financial systems
  • Are accustomed to working in CRM systems and digital calendars
  • Have good computer skills and master Outlook and the Office suite
  • Are structured, thorough and like order and tidiness
  • Are social, accommodating and enjoy customer contact


It is advantageous if you:

  • Have previous experience from the security industry or another technical industry
  • Have worked with customer support or reception work
  • Have an understanding of contract and subscription issues
