Order & Billing Specialist with System Competence for B2B Operations

Do you want to work in a role where you are responsible for the flow from order to billing and have a central function between different parts of the business?

We at Vindex are now looking for an Order & Billing Specialist for a consulting assignment with a start date as agreed. The assignment begins as a consulting role with the possibility of continued collaboration.

Here you will work in an operation with multiple systems and varying flows where you contribute to ensuring quality and efficiency in the order and billing process.

Location: Stockholm

About the Role

You work with the flow from order to billing and ensure that handling, follow-up, and data quality maintain a high level. The role involves working closely with several functions within the organization and contributing to creating structure and stability in the processes.

Job Duties

• Manage customer orders and follow up on billing
• Ensure that information and data are handled correctly in systems
• Follow up and handle deviations in flows
• Collaborate with relevant functions within the business
• Contribute to improving working methods and processes

Qualifications

• Experience in order management and billing in a B2B environment
• Experience working in business systems
• Experience with SAP (requirement)
• Good system understanding and experience working in multiple systems
• Fluent English, Swedish is an advantage
