Sales-Oriented Rental Agent – Machinery & Equipment (Eskilstuna)

The rental company is now seeking a driven and business-oriented person who wants to take on a key role in our rental of machinery and equipment.

About the Role

This is not a traditional "stand behind the counter" role. You will have a strong focus on sales, customer relationships, and developing the business—while also overseeing daily operations.

Your main responsibilities:

• Actively work with sales and customer management
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships
• Manage bookings and rentals
• Ensure machinery is ready for rental (return, inspection, basic maintenance)
• Be involved in moving the business forward

We are looking for you who:

• Have a strong drive for sales and business
• Are self-motivated and take responsibility
• Enjoy customer contact and building relationships
• Have a practical mindset and are not afraid to get hands-on
• Have a Class B driver's license
• Experience from construction, rental, or similar is advantageous
