  • Manage and prioritize email, filter communication, and efficiently respond to internal and external inquiries
  • Drive project management and execution of strategic initiatives from the management team
  • Act as a link between management and other departments (e.g., operations, sales, marketing, business development, and HR)
  • Plan and coordinate travel, meetings, conferences, events, and bookings
  • Identify improvement opportunities and proactively streamline processes
  • Handle confidential information with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism

Who we are looking for

  • You thrive with variety, take great responsibility, and have a flexible and down-to-earth work approach.
  • You have very good communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks in an international environment.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience as an executive assistant or similar role
  • Documented experience in project management, meeting coordination, minute-taking, and follow-up
  • Strong ability to filter communication, manage email, and prioritize tasks under time pressure
  • Experience collaborating between different departments and driving strategic initiatives
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • High integrity, proactivity, and a practical “get-it-done” attitude

Merits

  • Experience from finance, trading, or similar industry

What we offer

  • A stable role in a financially strong and growing company with an AAA credit rating
  • Central location in Stockholm with modern office facilities
  • A positive and collaborative work environment focused on trust and well-being
  • Competitive salary based on experience and attractive benefits (e.g., wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK/year and team activities)
  • Opportunities for professional development within a leading Nordic player in precious metals and currency exchange

The company is not covered by a collective agreement, but we offer market-based and competitive employment conditions.
