At Connect Bus, we are now seeking an experienced and dedicated mechanic for the Lidköping Vehicle Depot. In the role of mechanic with us, you will work on the maintenance and repair of our vehicles to ensure safe and reliable operation.

As a mechanic at Connect Bus, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing our buses to ensure their safety, reliability, and performance. You will work in our team of experienced technicians and together ensure that our vehicles meet high standards.
We are looking for you who:
- Have a technical or vehicle technical education or equivalent along with documented experience in the profession.
- Are meticulous and solution-oriented with an eye for detail.
- Enjoy working both independently and in a team.
- Have good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Are proficient with computers
- Have a driver's license with at least a B-class qualification

You are a mechanic with a passion for technology and problem-solving. You like to take responsibility for your work and always prioritize safety first. You have an eye for detail and are not afraid to tackle new challenges, whether it involves solving a complex fault or performing regular maintenance. You are a team player who contributes to a positive work environment, while being able to work independently when needed.
Main responsibilities
You are responsible for performing service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on our vehicles with high quality and professionalism. You ensure that our spare parts inventory and workshop equipment are always in good condition to ensure smooth operations. Together with the management, you assess repair needs and conduct troubleshooting, helping us keep the vehicles in top condition. Your ability to contribute to improvements and handle other tasks in the workshop is important for our team's success.
