We are looking for you who have already worked with staffing in healthcare and preferably if you can handle procurement as well.

Job duties

Staffing & recruitment

• Responsible for the entire process from need to placed consultant
• Match the right competence with the right assignment
• Actively work with search via phone, network, and digital platforms

Relationship building

• Build and develop long-term relationships with consultants and clients
• Be a reliable partner throughout the assignment
• Ensure high quality in each placement

Business development

• Contribute to developing the operations and our working methods
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen our market position

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in staffing/recruitment in healthcare and this is a requirement.
• Are ambitious and driven by working towards clear goals
• Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where a lot is happening
