About the Company

Roventum operates in the sale, service, and repair of laundry room equipment, household appliances, and heat pumps. Customers primarily consist of private property owners, housing cooperatives, and municipal housing companies, but service is also performed for private individuals. Roventum's operations are based in Sundsvall but are also established in Gävle and Umeå. The company is part of the Fenix Holding AB group with nearly 500 employees, of which about 30 are employed at Roventum.

About the Position

As a service technician, you will primarily work on servicing and repairing household appliances, heat pumps, and laundry room equipment. You are responsible for planning and coordinating service assignments, carrying out the technical execution of assignments, and reporting deficiencies in materials or work. The job is independent and varied, as you largely control your daily routine together with our customers and your colleagues.

The role also includes responsibility for acquiring new customers and ensuring that orders are handled and completed within the set timeframe. The work involves some administrative tasks related to service assignments, such as documentation, reporting, and order management.

The position is located in an area where Roventum's operations are under development, which means the role places high demands on you being confident in your professional role, accustomed to working independently, and taking personal responsibility.

You will be based at, and have your home base at, our sister company, Teknisk Fastighetsservice's office. There will be colleagues on-site, although the role is largely independent.

Qualifications

You have general technical knowledge, and we prefer that you have some form of electrical training.

We would like you to have experience from the industry, such as work with household appliances, laundry room equipment, heat pumps, or similar technical areas.
