Property Caretaker sought (full-time)

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an engaged and versatile property caretaker for a full-time position.

About the position

As a property caretaker, you will work on ongoing maintenance and upkeep of properties. The tasks are varied and include, among other things, garden care, simple carpentry work, and general supervision and repairs.

We are looking for you who

have experience in similar work and are practically inclined and handy. You have good knowledge in garden care and carpentry and enjoy varied work. As a person, you are self-motivated, responsible, and flexible.

Requirements and merits

For the position, a B driver's license is required. It is meritorious if you have experience or knowledge in construction and painting.

Employment conditions

The position is full-time and begins with a probationary period of 6 months with good opportunities for permanent employment.
