Property Caretaker for Vimmerby and Hultsfred

VBO Fastighets AB is seeking a Property Caretaker for Vimmerby and Hultsfred

We are looking for a driven and solution-oriented property caretaker to join our management team in Vimmerby and Hultsfred. VBO Fastighets AB owns and manages residential and commercial properties in the region, with a strong focus on long-term quality and good service to our tenants.

About the position

As a property caretaker, you will have a varied role involving both interior and exterior maintenance. Your main duties include:

• Ongoing inspection of properties and technical installations
• Emergency fault resolution and minor repairs
• Painting and maintenance of surface layers in apartments and common areas
• Maintenance of outdoor environments (snow removal in winter, simple garden work in summer)
• Contact with tenants and contractors
• Simple documentation and reporting of actions

The work is independent, but you will be part of a team with several colleagues and report to the property manager.

We are looking for you who have:

• Practical experience in property care, painting, carpentry, construction, or similar crafts
• Good problem-solving ability and a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and take own responsibility
• B driving license (required)
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Previous experience as a property caretaker
• Experience with painting work
