Reuse and recycling are key terms for the operations we conduct. Through collection and sales in Lindra's second-hand stores, old clothes, household textiles, decorative items, and furniture can get a "new life" through new users.

The primary purpose of the Human Bridge Foundation is to improve living conditions for vulnerable people through (aid) efforts in the form of material aid. Primarily, this involves collecting and reconditioning/repairing medical equipment and materials that are then donated to hospitals around the world. In this way, we aim to contribute to increasing the quality of care offered to people in vulnerable countries. In addition, we also provide people with clothes and other necessities in humanitarian efforts.

Your role

To supply our second-hand stores with goods, we rely on good cooperation with recycling centers. We have an agreement with ÅVC Norremark, operated by Södra Smålands Avfall och Miljö (SSAM) through Norremark's circular economy park, where we can access items that are dropped off.

We see an increased need to have an employee on-site at the circular economy park, who can assess the items that are dropped off. As Lindra's employee on-site, you will be the organization's public face, expected to receive, assess, load, and transport goods to stores. You will be Lindra's only employee on-site and are expected to take the responsibility that this requires. You have access to the recycling center's staff facilities and will collaborate with SSAM's personnel.

Experience and other special knowledge requirements

· High school diploma

· Class B driver's license

· Can easily express yourself fluently in Swedish in speech and writing

Are a multitasker and problem-solver with knowledge in several practical areas. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty.

Many events and many people will demand your attention—and you need to handle this in a calm manner. You need to be able to determine both what is important and what is urgent.
