Property Manager

About the Position

As the responsible property caretaker, you will have a central role in our operations. You are responsible for ensuring that our properties, pool areas, and outdoor environments are well-maintained, safe, and function optimally year-round.

You will work both operationally and independently, while collaborating closely with other departments to create the best possible experience for our guests.

Job Duties

In this role, tasks include among others:

• Property care and maintenance – supervision, repairs, and ongoing maintenance of buildings, pool, playground, and activity areas
• Cleaning of common areas and handling of waste
• Pool and sauna service – operation, supervision, and minor maintenance
• Maintenance of outdoor environment – lawn mowing, clearing, and general care
• Carpentry, painting, and other property-related tasks
• Handling of fault reports and urgent measures
• Planning and prioritization of maintenance work
• Preparations for events, conferences, and similar activities
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operation/
• During low season, you may be expected to assist within the group

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in property care,
• Have good carpentry skills or similar work
• Have knowledge in plumbing and heating
• Have experience with fire alarm systems
• Are self-driven, solution-oriented, and structured
• Enjoy both practical work and technical maintenance
• Have a strong service mindset and a responsible work approach
• Have a B driver's license

Employment

• Scope: Full-time, permanent (6-month probationary period)
• Start date: As agreed
• Working hours: Varied work hours, weekdays as a base and evenings and weekends based on operational needs
• Salary: According to collective agreement
